Nature of digital content
Because eBooks are digital content that can be accessed and saved immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. Once a download has started or the content has been accessed, the right to cancel may be lost as permitted by applicable consumer law.
When we will issue a refund
We will review and, where appropriate, refund an order in the following cases: the file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to supply a working copy; the eBook you received is not the one you ordered; you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake; or the eBook is materially different from its description.
Your statutory rights under the law that applies to you are not affected by this policy.
How to request a refund
Send an email to help@snapshelfstudio.com with your order details and a short description of the problem. We may first offer a replacement file or technical help, and if the problem cannot be solved we will process your refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
