SnapShelf Studio sells eBooks only. Every product is delivered electronically, and no physical item is ever produced or sent.
How delivery works
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, SnapShelf Studio sends a download link for your eBook to the email address you provided at checkout. The link is also made available in your order confirmation page.
Delivery is normally completed within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, such as high traffic or delays by the payment provider, it may take longer.
Formats and access
eBooks are provided in the digital formats described on each product page. You are responsible for making sure your device or reading application is compatible with the format you choose.
Download links may be limited in the number of uses or in the time they remain active. We recommend saving your files in a safe place as soon as you receive them.
Problems with your delivery
If you have not received your email within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address you entered is correct.
If you still cannot find your eBook, write to help@snapshelfstudio.com with your order details and SnapShelf Studio will resend the link or help you resolve the issue.
