Orders and contract
When you place an order with SnapShelf Studio, you are making an offer to buy the eBook you selected. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and send you access to the digital content.
We may decline or cancel an order if there is a suspected error, a suspected case of fraud, or if the product is no longer available. In that case, any payment taken for that order will be returned to you.
Digital products
All products sold by SnapShelf Studio are eBooks supplied as digital content. Product descriptions, formats and any sample pages are provided on each product page so you can check that the eBook suits your needs before you buy.
When you buy an eBook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your own private use.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services, modify or otherwise distribute any eBook purchased from SnapShelf Studio, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend access to digital content if we reasonably believe that these conditions have been breached.
